Trainer - Soft Skill

The candidate must be organizing and coordinating technical as well as soft skills training for employees

Organizing in-house small management development capsules for middle and senior level management

Keep abreast of latest training programs available pan-India and recommend suitable ones for the employees

Maintaining and controlling budget allotted for the training

Report to Head HR & Training

Experience in the field of training for soft skills and management development programs

In last tenure should have organized training programs and conducted sessions himself

Possess good leadership and communication skills.

Have a good data-base of training institutes and their programs

Have suitable training material to start off immediately

He should be able to join in 10 to 15 days.

Candidates from Telecom companies will be preferable
