Trainer - HR (Banking Financial)

The candidate will carry out Training need analysis.

Design Training content (in-house and outsourced).

Engage with Senior managerment on Training requirements, developing and implementing effective training solutions i.e. selling skills programs,product & process.

Identification of training vendors, selection & empanelment, review & evaluation.

Should be able to create and deliver leadership and soft skills training programs to senior management.

Should have experience of managing teams and dealing with external vendors.

Experience in TNA essential.

Candidates with MBA degrees preferred.

Any experience in E-learning will be an added advantage.
