1) Individual should have excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.

2) Individual should be comfortable working on direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements

3) Ability to grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc

4) Ability to understand of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc

5) Ability to demonstrate work experience related to full placement lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, , candidate submission & follow-up, negotiation etc)

6) Ability to write boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

7) High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.

8) Excellent pay-package.
