Candidate should have experience in US IT Recruitment.

Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to resource the right candidates.

Proficient on resume search Portals like Monster, Net Temps, Dice.com and using search engines like Google, etc.

Work closely with the candidates for Resume Preparation, Interview Scheduling, Able to Multi-Task & Sense of Urgency.

Knowledge and experience working on tax terms like W2 / 1099 / C2C will be highly preferred.
