We are looking for Technical recruiters for our Baroda and Nadiad offices. Ideal candidate would have strong communication skills with IT background. Any diploma or degree in IT would be a huge plus. We are ready to hire freshes with strong communication and IT background.

The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing requirements and running references checks

Must understand end to end model and identifying right candidates for US requirements

Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements in a limited time period

Must be proficient in different sourcing methodologies for various technical requirements

Willing to work in Night shifts

Sound knowledge on technical concepts and latest trends

Excellent knowledge of internet based recruiting tools

Strong communication, inter personal skills and ability to work independently

Experience in US recruitment is an added advantage
