Technical Recruiter (US Operations) for Varite

As a Technical Recruiter – North American Markets you will be responsible to identify and deliver resources to VARITE’s Fortune 100 Companies.

A technical degree or diploma is required for this position: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT), BCA/MCA.

Should be willing to work in the night shift

Ability to use various search techniques, including Job portals, social networking, professional networking sites, and string Searches.

Experience in delivering technical resources around Networking, Telecommunication, Development Test, Product Testing, Product Development, Software Development, Enterprise Integration and Application areas.

Strong sales attitude to successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets.

Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the client needs.

Understanding of Tax terms for US/Canadian markets (W-2, Corp to Corp, 1099, T-4), Benefits (401K, Medical, Dental, Vision)

Effective communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent.

An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills.
