Good experience in US IT recruitment.
Must have extensive experience in networking, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Knowledge of IT industry and latest trends and technologies.
Knowledge of Internet based recruitment tools i.e.: DICE, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
Highly motivated and results-oriented Individual.
Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills.
Self disciplined with a positive attitude.
Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and to handle multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what they are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency.
Should be incentives driven, having a strong desire to move up in hierarchical ladder.
Willing to work in night shift as per US EST time zone.
Recruit US based IT professionals, through Internet/ VOIP, for US placements
Manage the full candidate life cycle process including Head-hunting/sourcing, Identification / Skill set mapping, Scheduling interviews, Technical screening etc..
Handle back office tasks as well as maintain the database of resumes in various skills.
Coordinate with account and resource managers based in US and India.
Any experience in using Recruiting tools will be a plus.
