Sourcing the accurate profiles through portals, headhunting, mapping, and referencing etc. Providing the right kind of people who can add SDG to an organizations growth plan.

Excellent recruitment and management skills for recruiting all level positions.
Excellent behavioral and analytical skills for recruiting.
Convincing the candidate to appear for an interview.
Should be a `people`s person`.
Experience in IT Recruitment will be additional advantage.
