Iris Software Pvt Ltd, Delhi 4–8 Yrs Share this jobIris Software is looking to augment their existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs generated by their aggressive Sales team.
The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.
The ideal candidate (Technical recruiter ) must have:
At least 4-8 years of total experience in Technical Recruiting.
Atleast 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market from India.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
Strong communication and inter personal skills.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
