Technical Recruiter for Infojini

Infojini is looking for Technical Recruiter’s with experience in US Staffing. Recruiting experience with state/federal govt clients desired.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, interview, and close candidates for contract and full time positions

Utilizing various job boards, social networking, referrals and user groups to identify the right talent.

Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.

Well versed with various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.

Interview candidates to ensure that their skills match with the job requirements

Document candidate and client communications for future reference.

Follow-up on all contract employees to ensure retention and quality

Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Negotiate offer, acceptance and start date with candidates

Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving customer and contractor issues

Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract new clients.

Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.
Requirements:

3- 8 years recruiting experience with US Based IT staffing or consulting companies.

Bachelor`s degree or equivalent

Must have up to date Information Technology and market knowledge.

Must be highly competitive, innovative and resourceful

Must have good interpersonal skills.

Ability to explore Internet effectively to catch the right talent.

Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)

Familiarity with tax terms such as Corp-Corp, W2, Contract to hire etc

Extensive experience with US job portals such as dice, monster etc for short-listing candidates for direct client Requirements.

Extensive experience working on US state and Federal government IT job requirements.

Familiarity with Request for proposals (RFP), RFI, RFQ released by US government highly desired.

Must be self-motivated and a team player with outgoing and tenacious personality

Must have strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Desire and passion to be successful and part of a winning team.

Willingness to work in EST time zone( night shift).
