2. Involved in the recruitment process (full life cycle) from leads generation through Head Hunting, References, Networking, Job Boards etc.

3. Placing adds in the Job Portals as per the requirements.

4. Initial screening of the Resumes, scheduling the candidates and organizing interviews with Clients.

5. Capability to work under pressure, with Result as well as Quality oriented approach.

6. Excellent verbal communication

Desired Profile:
Good communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills.

Should have good networking skills (Public Relations).

Should be a self motivated person and a team player.
