Technical Recruiter for FCS Software Solutions

Candidate Should have 0 to 6 months experience in IT recruitment.

Recruit contract and direct hire candidates through job postings, database searches, internet search engines, networking, referrals and cold calling.

Source, screen, test, interview, close candidates; negotiate compensation, conduct reference checks, and extend offers.

Work closely with account managers to assess job openings, qualify job details, represent candidates and manage the interview/offer process.

Provide follow up with candidates to build meaningful and productive relationships.

Follow recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in applicant tracking system.

Must be able to multitask and stay organized and work on a high volume of job requisitions simultaneously.

Must be able to work independently, have a positive outlook and excellent work ethic which includes being willing to recruit after hours when needed.
