Technical Recruiter for Amtex Infotech

Amtex Infotech Pvt Ltd, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad 1–4 Yrs

Candidate must be responsible for full-cycle of Recruitment and Staffing needs.

Short listing the candidates for various requirements

Proficient on resume search on Portals such as Monster, Net Temps, Dice.com

Handle end-to-end responsibilities in terms of identification of relevant profiles, sourcing.

Work with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements - Online searches / Job postings / Referrals

Work closely with the candidates on the following: resumes preparation, interview scheduling

Build relationships with third party sources for resumes

Must be able to multi-task and possess a sense of urgency

Extremely strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
