The Recruiter will join a recruiting team that is competent, professional, responsive to customers, and highly motivated to achieve/exceed objectives.

Being able to change direction quickly, anticipate change and new requirements, and sometimes even lead those changes, is critical to this role.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including Internet sourcing, cold calling, candidate referrals, etc.

In addition, the he will be responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates before presenting to our clients.

Desired Profile
Demonstrated success in designing and executing recruiting campaigns for difficult-to-fill positions required.

In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations.

Adept at using recruiting and sourcing resources including: direct sourcing, databases, associations, professional networking tools, list and directory sources, Internet based recruiting tools, search engines, etc.

Demonstrated understanding of the candidate management processes, including the ability to orchestrate a positive candidate experience through the entire process.

Demonstrated success identifying and developing multiple channels to identify passive candidates.

Proven ability to support a dynamic, fast-growth environment.

Experience establishing credibility and working relationships with senior level executives.
