We are looking for Hardcore HR professional with MSW/MBA-HR qualification with experience in a professional organization with experience in Core HR activities only.

We prefer professionals working with organizations known for its best practices either in India or abroad.

He/She will be taken in the level of Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager and will be responsible for the HR practices of Both the Plants

Key Functions

Bench marking best HR practices

Conceptualizing and Designing progressive HR systems and practices

Facilitate the Performance Management System (PMS)

Facilitate the Reward and Recognition System

Coordinating the Competency Management System

Measuring the effectiveness of the R Systems and Practices
