Team Leader (US IT Staffing) for Kelly Services

Candidate should be able to manage a team of 4-5 IT recruiters.

Understanding the job requirements and screening/interviewing the short listed candidates before they are forwarded to the hiring manager; to maintain a high level of interview to offer ratio.

Scheduling interviews, reference checks and candidate follow-up to maintain a high offer to start ratio.

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and consultants on a regular basis.

Ability to support US hours from 8 am – 10 pm in various shifts and weekend recruiting will be required.

Desired Profile:
Must be a graduate; college degree in computer science/engineering would be preferred.

Technical background (IT education/experience would be a must).

At least 2 years to 5 years of professional recruiting experience in IT positions.

Software proficiency - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) would be a must.

Must be internet savvy (Job boards, Google etc).
