Team Leader - ITES Recruitment (BPO) for Asterion

Asterion is looking for senior recruiters with atleast 4 years of experience in Outsourcing (BPO/KPO) industry with expertise in leadership hiring.

Candidate should have exceptional knowledge of the industry and should be adept in sourcing middle to senior management profiles from various online/offline sources using variety of techniques.

Should have managed a team of 5+ recruiters.
Should be proficient in interacting with clients and managing the overall client account.

Experience with any of the leading executive search firms in a senior research/ sourcing oriented or client facing position is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of recruiters with focus on leadership hiring for BPO clients.
2. P&L and Client Account Management.
3. Marketing & Business Development.
4. Industry Mapping & Company Profiling.
5. Mentoring and developing the team - To consistently find right candidates using various sources and techniques while maintaining minimal TAT.
6. Taking Client`s Feedback and Interview Process Management.
7. Work aggresively towards building, growing and managing the client account.
8. Planning revenue targets and achieving targets consistently.
9. MIS & Reporting.
