Provide SME to the team on the use of "best-of-breed" sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, databases and response management, to source resumes
Perform daily review on team production
Proactive identification of issues and problem solving
Follow-up with the client to drive timely feedback
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
Provide status reporting of team activities against the program goals (daily/weekly/monthly)
Review and understanding on client expectations and implement solutions
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team and appropriate follow-up
Team performance against production target
Team performance against hire targets
Team performance against agreed upon client SLA`s (timeliness & compliance)
Experience in recruitment with at least 1 year in leading teams.
Deep knowledge of latest technology and internet based tools for sourcing and recruiting.
