Team Lead / Sr. Recruiter -IT for Contactx Resource Management

The candidate would be taking care of tje Business Development & Account Management
To initiate new client relationships in the IT sectors and secure high value IT search and selection assignments through regular networking and cold-calling activities

Manage, retain and grow Key Accounts through continuous relationship building and account servicing activities

Work closely with the Branch Manager on a targeted BD and sales management plan

Service Delivery and Achieving Billing Targets

Handling End to End Recruitment process.

Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.

Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.

Involved in re-sorting & screening of technical resumes, taking preliminary technical interviews

Closely working with the Technical panel & HR`s for scheduling Meetings/appointments with the candidates.

Negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible.

End- to-End follow-up of candidate (pre and post offer related issues).

Preparation of Daily Weekly and Monthly report relating to Interviews with number of interviews happened, Offer Made and Candidates Joined

Able to interact effectively with clients and their key Decision Makers

Self-driven and highly motivated personality

Sales oriented with good follow-up skills

Positive and cheerful disposition

IT savvy with an excellent understanding on current IT trends

Well networked with professionals in the IT industry
