Talent acquisition strategy for Global Delivery Centre based on the growth strategy.

Designing & Handling entire gamut of talent acquisition strategy.

Manage TA through different channels , like campus Recruitment, advertisement, consultants & referrals.

TA budget preparation, monitoring and adherence.

Entire TA life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, negotiation and post offer follow up.

Vendor Development & Management.

Evolve employer branding activities and liaison with external parties.

Evaluate and engage with talent proactively based on the organization vision and strategy.

Operations
Advice and support the business units hiring managers on talent acquisition.

Implementation of best recruitment practices.

Team Management
Managing teams

Ability to motivate teams and define vision and actions.

Assertive personality with ability to promote ideas and organization values internally and externally.
