Manage TA through different channels , like campus Recruitment, advertisement, consultants & referrals.
TA budget preparation, monitoring and adherence.
Entire TA life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, negotiation and post offer follow up.
Vendor Development & Management.
Evolve employer branding activities and liaison with external parties.
Evaluate and engage with talent proactively based on the organization vision and strategy.

Advice and support the business units hiring managers on talent acquisition.
