Candidate will be responsible for hiring & induction of frontline staff, Salary Input, Leave Management, & incentive calculation, PMS, Employee Welfare/ engagement activities, ,Statutory Compliance`s at Store level, coordination with Learning & Development Department.

Desired Profile
Graduate / Post Graduate with good communication & computer skills.

Candidates with exposure to HRMS will be given preference.
