Customer Management:
1. Understanding and Meeting Customer Expectation.
2. Proactive Engagement to maintain a relationship with customers.
3. Planning based on customer needs.
4. Design and drive the Implementation Plan for Timely Delivery.
5. Key focal point for recruitment escalation process and ensuring all cases are resolved satisfactorily.
6. Responsible for TCE for the Team.
7. Provide management level consultancy and advice in all recruitment matters.
8. Work closely with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive sourcing plans.

External Engagement:
1. Responsible for driving new sources for Hiring.
2. Developing External Vendors for sourcing.
3. Build and maintain sourcing network.
4. Market Knowledge and Developing Market Analysis.

Project Management & Delivery:
1. Drive and be responsible for all Projects within the team.
2. Responsible for all documentation within the team.
3. Responsible for all Knowledge Transfers within the team.
4. Responsible for timely delivery of services.
5. Responsible for designing Mitigation Plans for delivery.
6. Develop and implement a plan for meeting the sourcing plans.

Process Improvement:
1. Develop & Drive Process Improvement Measures.
2. Drive continuous process improvement.
3. Develop mechanism to create and maintain Knowledge Base.

Functional Expertise:
1. Responsible for Business Understanding.
2. Understand business needs set right expectation with business.
