Staffing Leader for Honeywell

The India Staffing Leader will lead overall Strategy and Implementation of staffing delivery needed to meet overal company business objectives.

The role will partner with HR Leaders of the different businesses to drive strategic staffing objectives by identifying critical staffing priorities/needs and optimizing delivery using a variety of the company, vendor and vendor partner channels.

Lead and manage overall Honeywell Staffing organization in India. Set directions and coach the India Business Staffing leaders to ensure goals are met.

Building close working relationships with the HR Leaders of the different Business Group/Units and their teams in the country.

Put in place clear specific and time-bound plans to support the identified business needs and secure agreement on priorities, scope and content in conjunction with the APAC Staffing Director and the Business Staffing Lead as appropriate.
