The position will serve as the primary interface with managing contracts and relationships with staffing vendors for the organization.

Will be responsible for working with vendors and their recruitment managers for fresher’s requirement as well as for staffing and will be responsible for the overall strategy and vendor management .

Will manage the portfolio of placement and staffing related contractual agreements with vendors and is responsible for overall relationship management for agencies and search firms.

Will oversee and influence the contracting process to ensure consistency, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Works with managers in MZOS, assisting them, building and sourcing strategies and recruitment planning.

The person in this position will apply well developed recruitment skills to quickly develop a slate of qualified candidates and/or contractors to staff the projects.

Will serve in arranging and attending social networking recruitment meetings and approach them for staffing.

Arranging the HR meet of MNC’s recruitment managers according to need or planning such activities for staffing and placement point of view.

Will be responsible to tie up with top MNC through meetings,social HR meet etc.

Responsible for overall industry collaboration with clients for placement cell of MZOS.

Basic Qualifications:
Post Graduate with HR specialization and . Minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment and vendor management experience.

2 years of social networking tools and recruitment management systems. In addition, the incumbent must have experience in providing consulting services in the areas of strategic staffing and workforce planning.

Skills Required:
Ability to work independently in complex projects and collaboratively on a team is essential.

Complete latitude for independent judgment.

Strong negotiation skills are essential.

Must be enthusiastic, customer focused and responsive.

Must be 100% committed towards targets and proactive.

Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Must have team building approach and good leadership qualities

Must possess excellent consulting, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships.

Must be able to manage through considerable ambiguity and change

Ability to develop high levels of credibility and implement strategic plans

Effective communication and influencing skills.
