Sr.Recruiters for US Tech Solutions

Candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and hiring experienced Professionals for our clients requirements all over India

The recruiters will work on direct client requirements on a day to day basis

Thoroughly Understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites

We are looking for stable resources who are looking for a long term opportunity

Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model

Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model

All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggresive environment

Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in Recruiting for US staffing Market

High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies / tools

Experience in working with Direct clients

Excellent communication skills

Good understanding of US Staffing statutory requirements , HR and contracting process, pay rates etc

Experience in W2 , C2C , Contract to hire positions

Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles

Excellent client interfacing skills,communication skills organized , disciplined and productive

Complete fulfillment lifecycle - sourcing through onboarding, including commercial negotiations

Commitment to process compliance and sustained achievement of goals
