Sr.Recruiters for US Tech Solutions

Candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and hiring experienced professionals for our clients requirements all over India..

Understanding the client`s recurring needs, hiring patterns, key skills/traits and develop a strategic sourcing plan to cater to volume hiring.

Proactively develop a network of solid Talent based on client needs and pipelining them.

Understand the competitive landscape and familiarize yourself with the latest technologies and upgraded versions.

Desired Profile

Any F/T Graduate, preferably from science/engineering back ground

Candidate should have 2-3 Years of relevant experience in IT recruitment/staffing in domestic market

Industry Preference: Preferably from domestic recruitment/staffing organization

Stability: Stability is a must

Decent communication/interpersonal skills

Team player, ability to work under extremely challenging environment

Flexibility to work for extended hours/weekends as required

Good understanding of different skill sets and sourcing/networking/head hunting skills
