Co-coordinating with the Clients & placing the right candidates.

Prepare the resume of the candidates

Responsible for the Head hunting,

Keep close business relationships with clients.

Preparing MIS Reports

Proper co-ordination with team as well as client also

Screening and Short-listing candidates according to requirement

Scheduling and co-coordinating the interviews

Follow up with candidates

Handling end to end recruitment process

Good Knowledge about BFSI Domain.
