The candidate is mainly responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process of identifying, prescreening, direct permanent candidates and project hires for the company

Extraction of suitable candidates depending on the requirement from various channels of sources

Sourcing/Screening the candidates as per feasibility

Understanding the job descriptions

Understanding of IT technologies

Telephonic screening of CVs

Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an Interview

Client Interaction

Candidate should have done hard core recruitment based on the requirements in the company

Should have experience of client handling / account management

Interested in Recruitments, Multi Tasking, Initiator & Quick Learner

Experience as a Recruiter

MBA/Any Graduates/Post Graduates

Go-getter /Willing to work under pressure

Candidate should be able to Join Immediately

Result Oriented Candidate with similar background would be considerable
