Associating with Organisation Development activities

Assisting to designing HR Policy Manual

Administering Training and Development activities, effectively ensuring ROI on Training

Involving in Recruitment and Selection & Induction and Exit Procedures

Maintaining, Benchmarking Salaries and Payroll Management / Compensation & Benefits Management

Administering Performance Management System

Improve, maintain and implement HR processes and policies etc

Enhancing Employee Value Addition

Co-ordinating and executing the Balance Score Card activities and projects on time

Ensuring the Lean, Cross Functional Team activities by effectively practicing the

Total Service Management

Bring upto date Management Information System

Counseling for best results.

The person should be well versed with all the general HR activities

The incumbent should hold an MSW / MBA - HR from a reputed Institution with experience

Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Needs to be efficient in People Management / Leadership skills
