Sr.HR Manager for Imedx

Responsible for all areas of Human Resources operations viz., employee/compensation data analysis, payroll interface, Human resource process/ Work place practices/ exit process and attrition analysis and change management.

Design and implement Human Resource programs for Orientation, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition programs.

Overall responsibility for compensation and benefits function, including developing and implementing appropriate compensation and reward strategies, conducting external benchmarking exercises, recommending relevant changes to the compensation policies and practices and administration of compensation benefits.
