Sr.Executive -Human Resources(US Payroll)

The candidate will handle the processing of US & UK Employees Salaries using ADP PCPW (For US) & ADP IMS (for UK)

Obtain the Employees Master Information and Bi Weekly/Monthly updates from the US/UK Manager

Calculate the 401k, Federal Tax, FICA Taxes, SUI/SDI Taxes etc

Upload the information into PCPW

Generate the Reports like 401k contribution report

US taxes report per pay period and cumulative using Report Smith

Processing of Per Diem Payments of India Employees working in US

Obtain the Employees Master Information and Semi Monthly updates from the US Manager

Calculate the 401k Federal Tax, FICA Taxes, SUI/SDI Taxes etc for Employees who stay more than 90days

Upload the information into PCPW

Generate the Reports like 401k contribution report. US taxes report per pay period and cumulative using Report Smith

Prepare Quarterly Tax report

Report Home Country Wages (India and Sri Lanka) and calculate taxes accordingly on the Home country wages of the Employees working in US on Per Diem

Payroll and Perdiem Accounting for US & UK

Take care of the payroll accounting for US and UK Books. (Payroll entry, Bonus Accrual, Vacation Accrual, Payroll Accrual….)

Reconciliation of the Payroll will be done for every pay cycle

B.Com/CWA Inter with experience in Payroll

Worked in ADP or Captive units who process payroll from India for US employees is preferred
