Job Description:
1) Identify and search IT professionals in the US market through different sources.

2) Assist Account Manager (s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.

3) Shortlist and interview candidates according to the job requirement.

4) Negotiate salary and close the position.

5) Update the resourcing application system routinely.

Desired Profile:
1) 5 - 8 years of experience working for tier-1 US based staffing organizations

2) Should have excellent communication skills

3) Should have the ability to deliver results under pressure

4) Excellent negotiation skills

5) Should have sound technical background

6) Willingness to work in night shifts
