Sr. US IT Recruiter for U-Soft Technologies

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in recruitment for US clients / US staffing.
familiarity with all US tax terms which includes 1099, corp to corp, W2 (hourly/annual), W2 with per-diem, OPT, CPT and TN visa.

Worked on all job boards such as dice, monster, yahoo hot jobs, computer jobs as well as free sites to search for appropriate profiles.

Maintenance of RAID (risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies) register by contacting, discussing and capturing the required updates from each of the various teams with in the entire Program.

Prior experience in hiring full time, contract and contract-hire employees.

Ability to manage requirements coming from multiple streams and fulfilling them by working with sales team and recruitment team.

Maturity and good articulation skills.

Willing to work in night shift.
