Sr. Technical Recruiter-US Staffing for enrich IT

Candidate should have 4 - 6 years of experience in recruiting IT consultants, ideally in ERP technologies, for the US market.

Sourcing, Screening and Submitting Quality resumes as per the clients` requirement.

Use various tools for sourcing including, but not limited to various paid and free Job boards, Vendor network and Search Portals. We expect the ideal candidate to be innovative and be capable of thinking out of the box.

Existing and proven relationships with vendors focusing on niche ERP areas in the US market.

Define, develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing requirements

Good understanding of ERP Technologies
