Sr. Technical Recruiter / Lead Recruitment Consultant for Idha Software

Idha Software have 2 positions open, one for Sr. Recruiter and another for Lead Recruitment Consultant who will be handling a team of 2-3 recruiters.

US/Canada Staffing experience (C2C / 1099 / W2).

They need to have through understanding of US market, geography and experience to handle third-party candidates.

Strong experience into Corp to corp / 1099 and W2.

Ability to handle multiple requirements at a time (Multi Tasking).

Ability to maximize the result using minimum resources, reduce dependency on job boards.

Ability to convert consultant on stringent condition.
