Plays the role of Account Coordinator for one group.
Gather requirements from specific groups (play a role of Account Coordinator)
Understand hiring requirements of the organization Filter relevant profiles from one of the channels assigned
Follow complete recruitment process till closure
Build pipeline Perform Duplication check Profile short listing Preliminary interaction with candidate over phone Interview coordination
Feedback sharing with candidate and the channel partner
Offer preparation
Post offer engagement
Pre-joining preparation
Data tracking, analyzing and reporting for self
Industry benchmarking for own scope of work
Expense settlement
Channel specific policy documentation
Channel specific event planning and execution
Conduct HR interviews
Limited supervision required
Desired Skills
4-6 years experience in Telecom Hiring
Knowledge of recruitment process (profile matching, short listing, interview coordination, searches on job portals)
Good awareness of practices of other related industries
Good understanding of HR processes and systems
Ability to gather requirements from customers
Ability to understand manpower requirements (Skills/domain) and map cvs
Ability to do effective searches.
