Candidate should have handled domestic positions.

Should be able to source resumes by headhunting, networks and portals.

Deep interest in interacting and probing candidates and a knack of understanding people process oriented mindset.

Good in excel and maintain excel candidate tracking sheets good on follow-ups and follow through.

Experience in scheduling interviews remotely between customer and candidates. He should be open to work in Night shifts. Engineering degree is desirable but not a must.

He should be ready to sign a bond.

Job Description
Minimum 3 yrs of experience in recruitment of IT and engineering services.
