Sr. Recruitment Executive for iQuest

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for end to end life cycle of recruitments in Non I.T sector.

Will be responsible for candidate sourcing & interface.

Sourcing profiles from the job portals and scheduling interviews of candidates for the clients.

To efficiently place candidates and close all the mandates in hand.

May be responsible for client interaction also.

Other desired qualities:
Must have good communication skills. Fluency in English.

Should have an urge and skills to work and perform in a team.

Should be target oriented.

Should be self motivated and dedicated.

Should posses a zeal to accomplish targets and take up new assignments.
