Candidate will be responsible for whole Recruitment process from initial screening of resumes to final selection of the candidate with close co-ordination with clients.

Involved in Full - cycle Recruitment including Initial screening, short listing, scheduling, interviewing, making offers, closures, and reference checks and including all Paper-works & Post-Recruitment activities.

Sourcing relevant profiles, initial screening - Interviewing candidates to check their Communication skills, Technical skills, Soft skills and Suitability. Scheduling and Interviewing from HR perspective, Compensation negotiations including Conditional closures, releasing offers.

• Recruitment for all Levels of candidates from Executive to Manager in all technical categories specifically into infrastructure, engineering, construction companies

Working on the Job-Portals (Naukri, times, Monster) Referrals and Internal Database for sourcing right candidates.Field working involved.

Maintaining database of various skill sets.

Telephonic and mail interaction with candidates
