Sr. Recruitment Executive for GTT Connect

Candidate will be responsible for understanding requirement of organization and customize the search accordingly.

Sourcing and head hunting, Scrutinizing & short listing resumes.

Conduct preliminary tests and Initial HR rounds for the candidates.

Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews take care of the entire selection procedure in close coordination with different team heads.

Manage ad-based walk-ins.

Salary negotiation

Follow up with interviewers on commencement formalities.

To build and maintain database of junior/Middle/Senior level professionals.

Conducting Campus drives and participating in Job fairs in order to gather the Talent Pool.

To formulate Employee referral strategy.

Desired profile
Should have at least 1 years of recruitment experience.

Should be aggressive and target oriented.

Should have good networking skills.

Should have good interpersonal skills.

Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
