Sr. Recruiter for The Redwood Horizon

Candidate should have involvement in end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and maintaining clients in BFSI,Energy,Media,IT, BPO sectors

Understanding the job requirements clearly from the clients and giving them a pool of candidates within the specified deadline.

Meeting with the clients.

Short listing and screening of candidate CV`s.

Pre-Screening and grooming the candidate.

Sending appropriate profile matching to client’s requirements.

Arranging interviews with the clients.

Maintaining database of candidates.

Coordinating with the client and with the candidates.

Follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled i.e. the position gets closed within the given time period.

Desired Profile:
Excellent communication skills.

Should have good networking skills, referencing etc.

Previous experience in recruitments is essential - preferably in the BFSI sector.

Target oriented and should enjoy challenges.
