Sr. Recruiter for Kelly Services

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, right from manpower requisition,sourcing to on- boarding (Initial CV Screening and short listing).

Sourcing candidates for Junior and middle level recruitments through- Job portals,vendors and referral network, internal references, database and advertisement.

Conducting telephonic and personal hr interviews in order to judge the candidate`s role fitment, stability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills, etc.

Movement of pipeline from 1st to final round of interview.

Manage candidate pool and proactively build a database of candidates sourcing of candidates for IT / ITES / BPO industry, through diverse channels including internet/job sites/referrals/networking, headhunting/word of mouth
