Sr Recruiter for Keane
Keane India Ltd, Bangalore, Hyderabad 3–4 Yrs
1. Candidate should have 3+ years of strong relevant IT experience in handling end to end recruitment and be an individual contributor.
2. Should have good recruitment process and follow the recruiting guidelines and ensure compliance.
3. Experience in handling requirements with a quick turnaround time and maintain a good offer to join ratio.
4. Take ownership and accountability of the respective assigned tasks and deliver.
5. Should have good interviewing, screening skills with basic understanding of technologies.
6. Should have multitasking skills and show efficiency.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with good experience in handling the internal stake holders of multiple business units.
8. Should maintain good relationship with fellow colleagues and stakeholders.
9. Will be involved in interview scheduling, offer follow with candidates and maintain weekly reports accordingly.
10. Should have strong communication skill(Written and verbal) and be able to deliver with minimal supervision.
