Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
Willing to work in US timings Shift timing 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST
Desired Profile
IT recruiting experience (US operations).
Excellent working experience with US citizen & GC on W2.
Expertise in dealing with various levels of candidate’s right from junior through mid-level, senior level, etc.
Handled complete recruitment life cycle - sourcing, short-listing profiles, candidates tracking, follow-ups, HR interviews and reference checks.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Interaction with resource managers and technical people for requirement Gathering, technical screening for huge nos of IT contract staff.
