Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies
Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and implement it. Developing own relationships with present/potential clients,
Resource requests, deliver within time and cost limitations
Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
Scheduling candidates for interview and walk in drive at various locations.
Negotiates salaries/rate with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies
Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
Short listing and scheduling candidates for the technical interview.
Co-ordinating with candidates and technical team to ensure the entire interview process is done effectively.
Co - ordination between the candidates and the HR recruitment team about the selection process, interview and feedback
Following up the client from offered to joined & and invoicing.

Preparation of various MIS reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.
