The primary responsibilities for this role will involve leading an HR team of two FTEs to develop, manage, implement and integrate the people strategy across the seven STB IDC business units.

This is an exciting and strategic role as this Sr. HR manager will be on the front lines of the challenges and opportunities relating to distributed development.

Business Partner - Master the business, diagnose people implications and recommend actions around people strategy.

Serve as a key member of the IDC HR leadership team to assist in driving business results.

Experience
7-10 years experience in a professional HR environment, which serves the business as a strategic partner.

Minimum 2-4 years people management/ leadership experience.

Employment relations / employment law expertise (Broad Knowledge/Exposure across multiple geographies, rather than a specialist in a local geography).
