Sr HR Manager for Proctor Consulting

We are looking at candidates with a Generalist profile of 5-6 years prior experience in Human Resource in a Service Industry, Retail or a BPO.

Awareness of HR policies, systems and procedures such as Appraisal/Payroll Reconciliation/ Recruitment would be beneficial.

Excellent track record during past work experience; Stability in previous jobs; Demonstrated coordination skills in prior employment

Ability to analyze data, Ability to resolve issues, Skilled in Communication, Comprehension, Composition and Problem solving skills
