Sr. HR Manager for Pipavav Port

The position shall be responsible for the following :

Recruitment and Selection:Ensure recruitment, selection and appointment for all posts as per norms of APM Terminals.

Training and Development:To ensure proper and time bound implementation of training programs identified by various departments.

Manpower Planning:Ensure all departments plan their manpower requirement and submit their recruitment requisition to the HR department.

Performance Appraisal:To conduct Performance Appraisal in consultation with respective HODs.

Organization Restructure:Preparation of new organisation structure in consultation with the Managements.

General:Assist to Head – HR in formulation, implementation and compliance of all HR related policies, compliance of all HR related statutory obligations.
