The key responsibilities would include:
Relationship Management, Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness, Drive HR Processes, Enhance HR Information System (HRIS).
Experience with exposure to Employee relations
Knowledge of key HR processes / systems in a professional HR environment
Strong demonstrated relationship skills and ability to work in a strong matrix reporting structure
Ability to provide thought leadership in a dynamic environment and passion to drive results
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance / regulatory environment
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of local and international compensation practices
