Provide employee relations support, employee and management counseling, issuefacilitation, and develop and implement solutions to organizational and people-related challenges.
Provide coaching and support to client groups in performance management, compensation, policy guidance and interpretation, compliance and staffing plan development.
Partner closely with other members of HR Team on a day-to-day basis as well as on special projects.
Desired Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR from premier institutes only.

8 years HR experience including 4+ years in a strategic business partner and/or managerial capacity delivering upper-end HR consulting services to senior leaders.
Significant experience working with a highly skilled employee population is a must.
Demonstrated strength in consulting and facilitation, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, workforce restructure actions, change management, and management coaching.
Demonstrated competence in all HR functional areas including employee relations/investigations, conflict management, performance management systems, compensation, recruiting/staffing, immigration workflows, regulatory compliance/AAP, and employee development.
Ability to drive decisions, multitask and execute is critical with all levels and in a highly-matrixed organizational climate.
Demonstrated understanding of basic HRMS functionality coupled with workforce reporting experience.
Strong ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Exposure of supporting APAC region would be a plus.
